The Bridge is an adult homeless recovery center committed to serving Dallas’ homeless community with the tools needed to recover from homelessness.

Our services, free of charge, are open to any adult (18 and up) who is currently experiencing homelessness. If you have children under the age of 18 and are seeking shelter, please contact Family Gateway.

We are a low barrier facility. We do not require:

  • Background checks to receive services

  • Sobriety checks at point of entry

  • Government issued I.D.

We provide programs and services that focus on a person’s entire life - including:

  • Emergency and transitional shelter

  • Nutritious meals

  • Safe restrooms and showers

  • Barber services

  • Computer access

  • Government ID obtainment

  • Mail services

  • One to one case management

  • Employment help

  • Free on-campus healthcare clinics

People seeking homeless recovery services are encouraged to simply show up at intake for a initial meeting with an Intake Specialist. They will help match you with the best possible shelter option and case manager for you.

They give you all the tools here to get back on your feet. You just have to take that step to be willing to do it.
